Those aren't Chris Harris's words in the headline, but they do reflect what tons of people who've driven the previous Cayman S have said about Porsche's mid-engined masterpiece. For 2013, the Cayman's gotten more power, a facelift and (FUUUUUUUUUUUU!) electric steering. But does it still provide an experience as exhilarating and addictive as the car it replaces?
On this week's Chris Harris on Cars, Chris found out if the 2013 Porsche Cayman S is worth the upgrade. Naturally, he finds that out while sideways -- as per usual -- on both road and track.
Does it still have the driver's X-Factor, or has the Cayman jumped the shark? Or has it jumped the crocodilian reptile with a broad, short snout, native to the Americas?

It's "Boxster." It's parked next to your Ferari and your Lambergini. You're quite the expert, eh??
Speed doesn't make it a Porsche. Who designed it and what it was originally intended for has a lot of say in what it is. Look up the history of the 914 or the 924. As to the Boxster that you fantasize about owning, it's a Porsche. However, the original poster was discussing an "old Porsche" that he bought to fix up. I doubt that he's discussing a Spyder or a 917, or even a 911 so I assume it's either a 356, a 912, or a 914. Anything to add, or would you prefer to keep making "Brmmm brmmm" noises while you pretend to drive your "Boxter"??
